1 whole egg, room temperature  

1 egg yolk, room temperature

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 ½ Tablespoons lemon juice

1 pinch of sea salt

1 Tablespoon whey (optional)

¾ cup extra virgin olive oil or expeller-expressed sunflower 
oil or a combination

            (combination best for mild tasting mayo)

Chipotle Lime Mayonnaise


Basic mayo recipe

1 Tablespoon  lime juice

¾ teaspoon dried chipotle

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon paprika

¼ teaspoon pepper

Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients thoroughly and enjoy as a dip sauce,
sauce, or spicy mayo for your favorite recipes.


Dijon Parsley Dressing

Dijon Parsley Dressing

¼ cup Coconut Aminos or Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
¼ Extra virgin olive oil

4 teaspoons Dijon mustard (mix 2t Dijon & 2t brown mustard for milder taste)

1 ½ Tablespoons Red wine vinegar

1/3 cup Fresh Parsley

1 Clove Garlic

1 tsp Dried Basil

2 teaspoons Organic Pure Maple Syrup (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until creamy
